We collect: first name, last name, email, phone, address (when shipping olive oil), stay dates, free notes. No data is collected automatically for profiling.
Purposes of processing
We use your data exclusively to: (a) handle your booking or order request; (b) send you confirmation and instructions; (c) comply with tax and food-safety obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract and legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
Retention
Booking and order data are retained for 10 years for tax purposes. Contact-form messages are deleted after 24 months.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties. It may be processed by technical providers (hosting, email) under processing contracts.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data by writing to casaborgogni@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Privacy Authority.
