These terms govern the use of the casaborgogni.it website and the purchase of products offered by the Borgogni family.

1 — Identity of the operator

Casa Borgogni — Borgogni family, Via della Casina 80, Pieve a Maiano (AR), Italy. Email: casaborgogni@gmail.com.

2 — Scope

Through this website you can request stays in the two apartments «Le Querce» and «La Casina», and purchase our family-produced extra virgin olive oil.

3 — Stay reservations

A booking request submitted via the site is not yet a contract: the reservation is confirmed only by our written email confirmation. Payment and cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of confirmation.

4 — Olive oil purchase

Prices are in Euro, VAT included. Shipping is limited to Italian territory. Payment is by bank transfer or cash on pickup. The order is confirmed after our acceptance email.

5 — Right of withdrawal

As olive oil is a perishable food product, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been shipped or picked up, pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

6 — Complaints

Any complaints about damaged or non-conforming products must be reported within 7 days of delivery to casaborgogni@gmail.com, including photos.

7 — Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Arezzo, Italy, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
